Discover Yen Valley: Da Nang's Peaceful Grape Valley

Yên Valley (Hai Van, Da Nang) is a farmstay and vineyard located amidst a cool mountainous forest setting, perfect for a "change of scenery" trip lasting from half a day to 1-2 days. My first impression was the spacious garden, many carefully meticulously maintained corners, free parking, and a peaceful atmosphere that lives up to its name.

The most worthwhile highlight here is the vineyard. During the right season, grapes hang heavy on the trellises, making for very "photogenic" shots; you can also experience grape picking and buy grapes right at the garden. I love the feeling of walking along the small paths under the trellises, seeing the lush green canopy, with occasional cool breezes blowing through.

Based on the feedback I read and my actual experience, the entrance fee is usually reasonable (includes one drink). If you go during the off-season or when the garden is in the young stage, there may be few grapes, so expectations should be placed on the experience of the space, walking around, and check-ins rather than "grape hunting."

In addition to sightseeing, Yen Valley also has a rest area, a BBQ/camping area, and overnight accommodation for groups of friends or families. Cool afternoon is the time I find most beautiful: gentle sunlight, easy photography, and sitting with a coffee watching the mountains is very relaxing. This place is also kid-friendly and pet-friendly (remember to maintain hygiene and use a leash).
